Warranty Coverage
This product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty includes faults or damages caused by material or manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement services if the product meets the warranty conditions.
Extended warranty services are available for this product. You may purchase the FogCare+ extended warranty at the time of purchase or during the original warranty period. During the extended warranty period, free repair or replacement services will be provided if the product meets the warranty conditions. For extended warranty pricing, please contact your customer manager.
Warranty Terms
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
For repaired or replaced products or components, the warranty period will be extended to the remainder of the original warranty term or 90 days from the date of repair/replacement, whichever is longer.
To claim any repair or replacement service, the customer must provide a detailed description of the malfunction, photos/videos of the issue, and valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, receipt, or electronic purchase confirmation containing the purchase date, customer information, product model, and purchase amount) to confirm the product is within the warranty period.
If the product is out of warranty, the manufacturer will provide replacement or repair services at cost price.
Non-Warranty Cases
This warranty does not cover:
Products with an eExpired warranty period.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, bending, deformation, paint peeling, and natural aging of consumable parts.
- Damage due to improper use, including misuse, abuse, accidents, liquid ingress, improper storage, or transportation.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs, including self-disassembly or repairs performed by non-official service providers.
- External factors, such as voltage fluctuations, natural disasters, fires, floods, or extreme environments (e.g., high temperature, humidity).
- Damage caused by non-official or non-recommended coolants.
Warranty Service Process
If your product malfunctions during the warranty period, follow these steps:
Contact customer service via email at service@foghashing.io providing the product model, serial number, problem description, and photos/videos of the issue.
Submit valid proof of purchase to verify warranty eligibility.
The manufacturer will determine a repair or replacement plan within 14 days of receiving the request.
Repairable cases: The manufacturer will provide free replacement parts and repair instructions.
After receiving the parts, follow the provided instructions, video tutorials, or remote guidance to perform repairs.
- Confirm resolution via email within 3 days of completing repairs. Failure to respond will be deemed as acceptance of the resolution.
- Non-repairable cases: The manufacturer will replace the device and handle the return of the faulty unit.
- Shipping costs for replacement devices are covered by the manufacturer; return shipping for faulty devices is the customer’s responsibility.
- The customer must return the original device within 3 working days of receiving the replacement or comply with local regulations for disposal.
- Confirm resolution via email within 3 days. Failure to respond will be deemed as acceptance of the resolution.
Spare Parts Policy
The manufacturer maintains a three-tier spare parts inventory system to ensure efficient repairs:
Auxiliary Accessories: 2-5% critical spare parts are included in product shipments.
Regional Warehouses: Regional warehouses stock spare parts, ensuring delivery within 7 days.
Factory Inventory: The factory maintains global spare parts reserves.
If the customer discovers missing accessories or discrepancies from the shipping list after receiving the goods, the manufacturer will promptly provide free replacements.
Customers may purchase additional parts at cost price plus shipping fees if parts are lost due to their own actions.

Refund process:
Submit a refund request via email to service@foghashing.io
including account details for refund processing (must match the original payment account unless otherwise confirmed).
The manufacturer deducts applicable fees and refunds the remaining amount to the provided account.
The refund process is completed once the customer receives the payment.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is the sole remedy for product defects or damages. The manufacturer, its affiliates, directors, agents, employees, suppliers, or parent companies shall not be liable for indirect, commercial, or special damages.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for data loss. Customers must back up data before repairs.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the customer’s country of residence or domicile (unless otherwise agreed in offline written contracts). Consumer’s rights under local laws remain unaffected.
